I bring turnkey sound and lights, and work directly with your team so the flow from cocktail hour into dinner into games and giveaways runs seamlessly — without anyone on your side having to manage the technical side. The mic stays ready to hand off cleanly whenever an exec or HR needs to speak, then I pick right back up.

We build the night together
Booking is the easy part. This is the work that happens between signing and the doors opening — included, not a coordination add-on.

Who is in the room, how formal it should feel, and what a good night looks like to the people signing off on it.

Program design
We shape the agenda together — doors, remarks, awards, dinner, floor — with timings that respect the venue, the kitchen and the AV crew.

Shared worksheets
A live document we both work in: run sheet, speaker order, award name pronunciations, do-not-play list, any brand or language cues.
- 04
Vendors and AV aligned
Venue AV, caterer, photographer and production all get the same run sheet, so the awards never start while plates are going out.
- 05
Final walkthrough
A site visit or call about two weeks out to lock the final version, plus a load-in and sound-check plan.
